1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that custom or made-to-measure items, including personalised thobes, require additional preparation time.
Estimated processing time for custom items is up to 14 days.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping – £3.49
- Express Shipping – £5.99
Orders over £60 qualify for free standard shipping within the United Kingdom.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs processing.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel through the courier’s website.
6. International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with their country’s import laws and regulations.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, and the parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee may apply before the order can be sent again.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful or the parcel is not collected from the courier or local depot, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
10. Delivered Packages
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier to the shipping address provided, Layaali Clothing cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your parcel has been delivered incorrectly, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information.
We recommend ensuring that your delivery location is secure.
11. Refused or Returned Deliveries
If a parcel is refused by the customer or returned to us due to being unclaimed, a refund will only be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Any return shipping charges incurred may be deducted from the refund
