Thank you for shopping with Layaali Clothing. We aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be returned in their original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be free from odours, stains, marks, or damage

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customised or made-to-measure items, including personalised thobes
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or “Non-Refundable” 
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

These restrictions are in place to maintain hygiene standards and product quality.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect due to our error

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Layaali Clothing is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

5. Inspection of Returned Items

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our return eligibility requirements.

If a returned item does not meet the required conditions, we reserve the right to:

  • Reject the return
  • Send the item back to the customer at their expense
  • Issue only a partial refund where appropriate

6. Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please follow the same return request process outlined above.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund, and cover the cost of return shipping where applicable.

9. Late or Unauthorised Returns

Returns sent after the 7-day return window may not be accepted.

Items returned without prior approval may also be rejected and returned to the sender.

10. Fraud Prevention

Layaali Clothing reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges where we suspect abuse of our return policy, fraudulent activity, or excessive return behaviour.
